The redox potential is a measure of a redox system’s (organism’s) oxidation and reduction ability. The more complex an organism, the higher its redox potential, that is, the more antioxidants must be supplied. The formation of free radicals is a natural physiological process that has to be balanced by all means. In doing so, ageing and degeneration processes can be slowed down.

Functions of the components:

Vita Redox contains, among other substances, the leaves of bucko, a traditional South African medicinal plant. The plant is known to be stimulating and is, thanks to its sulphur content, important for the glutathione system and thus for the cell’s redox balance.

The South American uña de gato plant (Cat’s Claw) is a potent antioxidant and supports relaxation of the vasculature. Cumin (originally from Egypt) has a positive effect on the digestive and respiratory systems. The rehmannia root is an old Chinese tonic.
